Above are the links to the registration forms you will need to get your team registered and secure your team’s spot. Any team registered with the proper deposit prior to September 1st of the prior tournament year will receive $100 off per person!
As you will see, all teams are required to choose three various weeks in the order they prefer, and submit a $1,000 deposit, either by certified bank check or money order (no team or personal checks will be accepted).
Registration forms submitted without the proper information included or without a deposit will be returned. All teams registered before October 15, will receive confirmation, in writing, no later than October 21. All forms submitted thereafter may take a few weeks to process.
Any team who registers their team after December 1st, must submit at least 2,000 and begin to follow the set payment schedule. Failure of any team to keep up with the given payment schedule may result in the forfeiture of your team’s tournament spot.
*All teams here the previous summer receive a Grandfather Certificate which allows them to re-register for the following summer before everyone else. That Certificate is valid until September 1st of their tournament year. All new teams will begin being processed on September 1st of each year and will be done so on a first come first serve basis. All forms are dated as they are received and will be processed in that order.
