PRICE:
$625 Per Player and/or Per Coach & $125 Mandatory Secondary Team Insurance Fee
$645 Per Player and/or Per Coach (not required to bring an umpire) & $125 Mandatory Secondary Team Insurance Fee

AGES:
12U, 13U, 14U and 15U

LODGING:
Dormitory at SUNY-College at Oneonta (2 players per room, 2 coaches per team (minimum) as monitors - Resident Hall monitors, Security Office in next building, Infirmary in Dormitory

BOARD:
3 meals per day provided by CBW catering service (Box meal if playing at during meal time)

Used for 12U age division

2 CBW Fields at SUNY-Oneonta & Neahwa Park
Unlighted - Dimensions: 275-300-275
Used for 13U age division

SUNY-Oneonta University Field (on campus across from dorms)
Unlighted - Dimensions: 330-330-330
14U, 15U, 16U tournaments

Damaschke Field (5 minutes from campus in Neahwa Park)
Home of the Detroit Tigers Class A affiliate in the NYP League
Lighted - Dimensions: 352-406-350

OHS Field (5 minutes from campus on East Street)
Home of the Oneonta Yellowjackets High School team
Unlighted - Dimensions: 350-400-350

RULES:
Major League rules with some modifications (see rules sheet)
12U: Base paths: 70 ft. Pitching Mound: 50ft.
13U: Base paths: 80 ft. Pitching Mound: 56ft.
14U-16U: Base paths: 90 ft. Pitching Mound: 60ft., 6 inches

UNIFORMS:
Each team must bring its own uniform(s) and equipment - we want you to wear your own uniform with pride representing your team, league, city, and state

UMPIRES:
Each team is asked to bring an umpire with them. Applications for prospective umpires are on our website under the "Umpire's Tent".

SCOUTS TRYOUT:
On Saturday night after your arrival and check-in, we will have a "SCOUTS TRYOUT" whereby we will be conducting the same skill tests that they use at professional tryouts: 40 or 60 yard dash (dependent upon age division), throws from outfield, throws from infield, first base throws, catcher throws, pitchers velocity test, etc. - Home Run Derby is the final event.

FORMAT:
10, 12 or 14 team tournaments
All teams play a minimum of 8 games (weather permitting)
Teams are put into one of two pools.

POOL PLAY
Each team plays 5 pools games (the day you only have 1 game is also your day to visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame)

Sunday -- 1 or 2 Pool Games
Monday -- 1 or 2 Pool Games
Tuesday -- 1 or 2 Pool Games



SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT
Seeding for the tournament is based upon the team records in pool play.

Wednesday Morning 4 lowest seeded teams play - winners move on To play the top 4 seeded teams

Wednesday Morning 4 remaining teams play in first round (seeds 3-6)

Wednesday Afternoon 4 Early Morning Winners Play Seeds 1 - 4

4 Losing Teams from the morning start the consolation bracket

Thurs. Morning Semi- Finals (4 Teams)

Thursday Late Morning Consolation Games

Thursday Afternoon Consolation Finals

Thursday Afternoon 3rd Place Game

Thursday Evening CHAMPIONSHIP GAME
